to remind me to get enough breaks, i’m using workrave, a tiny applet that reminds me to get off my seat regularly. i was impressed when i printed out some statistics — here’s a typical day:
wow, i dragged my mouse for half a kilometer on that day! and typed 20K on my keyboard…
